Waiting Here I am, waiting. What I'm waiting for is a good question but here I am none the less. The summer has been kind to me as far as they are concerned. They, of course, being the shambling dead. The heat softens their heads and putrefies them, making them easier to kill and notice before they get too close but I digress. I wait in the loft of a barn with a survival shelter built into it. My dad built it after 9/11, he always was a worrier but I think I can forgive him that now. Without his paranoia I wouldn't have this place to wait. I remember the beginning when the first reports came in, I thought it was some kind of sick joke. Somebody playi
ALotD: Missed Date First, I'm surprised. The juice has lasted this long and the 'net is still humming away. Anyway, I made a run to get some food and drinks today. Sounds normal, right? Wrong. The city is now crawling with zombies. Oh, before I go on guess you'd like to know what happened since the last time. Short version is, I found a place with an attic and raided one of those 'green' power stores. Funny thing about the attic, it's got running water and a toilet so as long as water keeps flowing I'm set.

Mostly, anyways. Back to food and drinks other than water.
